When we checked, the case was marked unresolved and the visible discussion contained a mediator request for an operator response, not a substantive explanation or confirmed repayment.

These are attributed allegations, not independently audited account records. They are still directly relevant to a person deciding whether to trust Acebet with a balance. The concern is the combination of a withheld amount, an unclear allegation and a reportedly inaccessible contact route. We cannot establish the merits of undisclosed evidence, but neither can we present this as a routine delay that ended successfully.

A rejected case did not establish that Acebet was right

A separate Casino Guru complaint by PragmaticoH illustrates why status labels need reading carefully. Acebet said it had processed requested withdrawals and removed the customer for arbitrage betting. The customer disputed both the accusation and the claimed receipt of funds. The mediator requested transaction and betting records, then said the material supplied did not let it independently establish arbitrage.

The case closed on 28 August 2026 as rejected because the underlying dispute involved sports betting outside Casino Guru’s assessment scope. Its final message explicitly did not endorse the casino’s position. We therefore record a contested outcome with a scope-based closure, not a verified payment or a finding that the player submitted a false complaint.

The wider complaint index also contains separately listed unresolved bans involving €1,859, $1,500 and $426. That provides context for why account access deserves emphasis. We have not used these amounts as an aggregate loss total or converted the index into a percentage of all Acebet customers: the complete customer population and overlap between public reports are unknown.
