Is Cloudbet legit? Withdrawals, KYC and frozen funds
Quick answer
Cloudbet is a real sportsbook and casino with an active domain licence and documented payments. Our score is 78/100. Its detailed withdrawal guidance is useful, but account investigations can restrict funds, and the public self-exclusion pages disagree about reopening. Verification changes both the limits and the playthrough required.

Who you would be dealing with
Who runs Cloudbet, and which countries are restricted?
The Curaçao regulator's domain certificate identifies Halcyon Super Holdings B.V. as the operator of cloudbet.com and displays an active licence. That matches Cloudbet's own licensing information. The older 8 June 2026 register carries a past review-period date, so we use the live certificate for the current status rather than treating that old date as proof of closure.
Our conclusion is that Cloudbet is a genuine sportsbook and casino, rather than an anonymous website with no traceable operation. Its help centre contains unusually useful explanations of verification, withdrawal errors and playthrough. Public disputes also show both payments and disagreements decided in the operator's favour. Those different outcomes deserve more attention than an unqualified promise of instant cashouts.
The restricted-jurisdictions page includes the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France and several other countries. A crypto balance does not remove these location rules. Check that list before registration or travel, rather than interpreting a global sports catalogue as worldwide eligibility.
We reviewed available documents, public records and attributed player accounts. The live browser also returned a location restriction on a help-page visit, so this is not a claim of unrestricted hands-on access. The findings below come from the cited public material, with uncertain outcomes left uncertain.
Getting access to your money
Cloudbet KYC and withdrawal limits: what changes after approval?
Cloudbet's verification-level guide distinguishes an unverified account, Level 1 phone verification and Level 2 identity verification. The first two have a $2,200 lifetime deposit limit and a $2,200 daily withdrawal limit. Level 2 removes those numeric account limits, but larger transfers can still be reviewed.
The daily-limit explanation makes an important distinction: the higher limit applies after verification is approved. Merely submitting a passport does not change the account's withdrawal entitlement. If the cashier still shows the lower limit after an upload, check the approval status before treating it as a payment refusal.
“No daily limit” is also narrower than “every amount arrives immediately.” It concerns the size cap, not the time needed to examine the account or execute the transfer. Cloudbet's withdrawal timing guide says most crypto withdrawals are instant once approved, while some can take up to 24 hours. That is a published service expectation, not a timing test performed for this investigation.
Before Level 2 approval
Daily withdrawal limit. A separate $2,200 lifetime limit applies to deposits.
After identity approval
The numeric limits are removed; account and payment reviews still apply.
Why was your withdrawal rejected?
The rejected-withdrawal guide identifies an expired email confirmation link and incomplete requested verification as possible causes. If the confirmation expired, its stated remedy is a fresh request followed by confirmation. If verification is outstanding, ask Cloudbet to list the missing items and confirm whether the withdrawal remains queued during review.
Do not assume that pressing the withdrawal button has sent the money. Check the request status and the registered inbox. If support says the transfer is complete, request the transaction reference and confirm the destination. If no transfer was made, the task is to resolve the account-side obstacle, not wait for a blockchain confirmation that cannot yet exist.
Documents rejected or uploads blocked? What to do next
The verification instructions cover phone confirmation, identity documents and a face check. They describe normal automatic processing and manual reviews that can take up to 24 hours. An old proof of address or an address that differs from the submitted details can cause rejection. The guide specifically points to documents older than 3 months as a possible problem.
There is also a separate upload-lock explanation: repeated failed submissions can prevent further attempts. At that point, Cloudbet tells the customer to contact support. Once uploads are locked, you need Cloudbet to restore a working submission route. Ask what caused the failures and how it will accept the outstanding material through your existing account.
Save the rejection wording and submission time. A photograph that is hard to read, a mismatch in personal details and a disabled upload tool are different problems. Cloudbet should distinguish a failed upload from a decision to withhold funds. If it has not done so, ask for both the rejection reason and the status of your withdrawal in writing.
What a withdrawal costs
Cloudbet withdrawal fees and minimums by network
Cloudbet's transaction-fee page shows the minimum withdrawal and charge by currency and network. It says deposits carry no ordinary deposit fee and withdrawals carry a flat network-related fee, which can change. The fee page itself directs readers to the latest withdrawal screen.
| Published route | Withdrawal minimum | Listed withdrawal fee |
|---|---|---|
| BTC on Bitcoin | 0.00001 BTC | 0.0000019 BTC |
| USDT on Ethereum | 0.1 USDT | 0.0255 USDT |
| USDT on TRON | 5 USDT | 3.41 USDT |
These are public-table values checked on 28 September 2026, not permanent quotes. They illustrate why “USDT withdrawal” is insufficiently specific. The fee difference can be substantial for a small balance. Your receiving wallet must support the selected route, so the cheapest listed row is not automatically a route you can use.
The table labels its minimum as a minimum withdrawal; it does not establish the smallest deposit you should send. Obtain that figure from the deposit screen. Likewise, inspect the withdrawal preview to see the amount requested, fee and final amount delivered before accepting. We have not inferred an undocumented net-payment formula from the public table alone.
There is a contractual caveat: Cloudbet's terms reserve a handling charge of up to 5% to cover transaction costs. We do not describe that as a routine fee on every payment, because the ordinary fee page says something different. If a charge exceeds the displayed network fee, ask for its basis and the calculation before treating it as an unexplained deduction.
This cost information is most useful before moving a small balance into the casino. Once deposited, you may face playthrough or verification conditions as well as the fee. A cheaper network cannot resolve those account conditions, and moving more money in simply to make a withdrawal feel economical can make the original problem larger.
A less obvious benefit of verification
Do you have to wager your deposit before withdrawing?
Cloudbet's withdrawal playthrough rule changes with verification status. Unverified players must complete 1× the combined value of deposits and claimed tips. Verified players need 0.25×. Only settled bets count. This is an account withdrawal condition, separate from the claim that rewards have no bonus rollover.
For someone who is already verifying to remove a deposit limit, this has an additional practical effect: less qualifying play is required. It is not a reason to gamble more than intended. If you need to leave, are self-excluding or cannot meet a remaining amount without exceeding your limits, ask support how your eligible balance can be returned.
An open sports bet also does not count as settled turnover merely because the stake has left the available balance. Check the settlement status before reporting a broken counter. If the remaining amount is smaller than the minimum bet, the help page directs you to support; it does not tell you to keep increasing the stake until the account happens to permit a withdrawal.
Sportsbook and casino experience
Sports betting tools and provably fair casino games
The public sportsbook covers pre-match and live sports and advertises tools for higher-volume bettors. Its Whale Mode description concerns building a position through a sequence of bets at a chosen minimum price. That is different from an assurance that any single ticket, at any odds, will be accepted for any amount.
For an ordinary bettor, the accepted ticket remains the key record. Check the price and amount actually matched rather than treating a target stake as a completed bet. A feature designed to place several wagers can make a simple-looking request more complex when you later examine its settlement. We have not tested execution or compared live odds against competing books.
The casino has a more directly verifiable feature: its Originals verification page provides tools for checking a revealed game result against the information committed before play. Mines and Dice are examples. The practical benefit is that a player can revisit an individual result; there is no need to read an algorithm tutorial to understand why that is useful.
The feature has a boundary. It does not verify every third-party slot, establish that a sports bet was correctly graded, or prove that the cashier will release a balance. For a disputed Original round, preserve its round details. For a sportsbook dispute, preserve the accepted ticket and market rules. The appropriate evidence depends on what actually went wrong.
Rewards without a traditional match
How does the welcome bonus work, and what can you withdraw?
Cloudbet's welcome package is a 30-day programme featuring casino rakeback, daily casino drops, weekly sports drops and a final Cash Vault. Its advertised “up to $2,500” is not a fixed sum credited simply for signing up. The programme describes rewards earned through activity, followed by a transition to Cloudbet Rewards.
The base casino rakeback is described as 10% of the house edge, rather than 10% of all stakes or all losses. Those bases are radically different. In a purely illustrative calculation, $100 of qualifying wagering at a 4% house edge represents $4 of theoretical margin; 10% of that is $0.40. It is not a $10 repayment and it does not determine the actual result of your session.
The programme also separates money available immediately from rewards unlocked on its calendar and the final vault. Check the amount you can claim now rather than counting every future reward as withdrawable cash. Its no-rollover description is attractive compared with a conventional matched bonus, but it does not waive the account-level withdrawal conditions explained above.
Will your account reopen automatically after self-exclusion?
- Help article
- Temporary accounts reopen automatically.
- Responsible-gambling policy
- The customer must contact Cloudbet for reactivation.
Published periods range from 24-hour breaks to lifetime exclusion. The two reopening instructions need reconciliation. help article · responsible-gambling policy
We cannot resolve that conflict by choosing the more reassuring version. Ask for written confirmation of the behaviour applied to your account, particularly if you need it to remain closed. Both pages describe restrictions during the selected period, and the help article says rewards are forfeited when cooling off or self-excluding. A reward should not become a reason to postpone an exclusion you need.
Frozen accounts in the public record
Cloudbet account frozen? What the reported cases show
4,600 USDT and a review that could last 6 months
A March–April 2026 forum exchange records a player reporting 4,600 USDT locked and offering identity and funding documents. Cloudbet’s representative replied on 30 March that suspicious activity had triggered a review which could take up to 6 months. On 4 April the author still reported no response to the document offer. No payment outcome appears in that thread. Six months was the announced possible duration, not an elapsed wait verified by us. Another participant’s comment about being paid concerned their own case, not this claimant’s balance.
The 3,427 USDT complaint did not end with the whole balance paid
In a 2026 AskGamblers case, the player reported a 3,427 USDT balance frozen from 12 February and described a possible 6-month investigation despite completed KYC. Cloudbet alleged multiple accounts and explained different actions for the accounts involved. The player confirmed receiving the deposit back but continued disputing the withheld winnings.
AskGamblers supported the operator’s action. The public record establishes a deposit-only refund; we cannot inspect the private evidence behind the mediator’s decision on the remaining winnings.
An older 10 BTC verification delay did lead to payment
In an older verification complaint, the player said the promised 10-day review period had passed while 10 BTC remained inaccessible. Cloudbet subsequently reported verification complete, and the player explicitly confirmed receiving payment. This is stronger payout evidence than a closed status alone, although it is a historical case and says little about today's queue.
About $2,100 remained disputed after a self-exclusion conflict
In an August 2026 BitcoinTalk account, a player described approximately $2,100 withheld after opening a third account following permanent self-exclusion. The author acknowledged the repeated account creation and said an earlier duplicate account had been allowed a final withdrawal. The latest reply reviewed said a CADRE complaint was awaited; no final decision or payment was documented.
The acknowledged account closures do not settle the separate dispute over the deposited money; the author reported seeking CADRE review.

Can a restricted-country account still withdraw?
Cloudbet's guide to the “withdrawing will restrict your account” message explains that a verified restricted-country account may be prevented from depositing or betting while being allowed to withdraw eligible balances before restriction. The message therefore is not, by itself, a confiscation notice.
If you see it, establish which balances are eligible and follow the official exit instructions. Do not try to regain betting access through a different location or replacement account. If the withdrawal route itself fails, preserve that error separately from the country warning so support can identify the remaining obstacle.
How do you escalate a Cloudbet withdrawal dispute to CADRE?
Cloudbet's terms direct complaints to support first and name CADRE as the next dispute-resolution route after a final response or a reasonable period without resolution. They do not supply a universal number of days for that “reasonable” period. Ask support for its final position and the correct referral details.
Include the account reference, amount and currency, original deposits, disputed winnings, hold date, requested documents and any refund already received. State whether you are challenging the closure, the retention of money or a failure to provide a working withdrawal route. Keep account closure and fund recovery separate if you no longer want to gamble.
Reports mentioning a 6-month integrity investigation describe the notice received in those cases; they are not a standard payout time for every Cloudbet customer. Ask what information remains outstanding and when the next update is due. Keep the public complaint free of identification documents, and update it if a refund or decision later changes the situation.
Our conclusion
Cloudbet review verdict: can you trust it with your money?
Cloudbet has a traceable operator, a documented product and public evidence of genuine payments. Its help centre explains several problems that other reviews leave at “contact support”: failed verification uploads, expired withdrawal confirmations and the effect of verification on playthrough. Those are worthwhile strengths.
The weaker side is the discretion surrounding account restrictions and withheld balances, together with conflicting wording on self-exclusion reactivation. The active certificate is a stronger current licensing signal than the dated register used in the previous version of this investigation. It improves that part of the assessment, without resolving the separate payment and protection concerns.
Cloudbet may suit an eligible customer who wants crypto sports betting and understands its verification system. It is a poor fit for anyone assuming that “optional verification,” “no rollover” or “no daily limit” means unconditional access to funds. The licence criterion rises from 9/15 to 14/15 after the live certificate check; player protection falls from 4/5 to 3/5 because the reactivation rules conflict. The net change is 75 to 79. The total below reflects that balance; it is not a finding that the casino is a scam, nor a promise that a contested balance will be recovered.

- Operator identity13 / 15
Why these points?
Halcyon Super Holdings B.V. appears in the terms, help centre and live regulator certificate. Its ownership and financial reserves have not been independently audited. - Licence & scope14 / 15
Why these points?
Increased from 9/15 to 14/15 after the current domain certificate returned Active, resolving the previous reliance on a dated register. Country exclusions still apply. - Withdrawals & KYC9 / 15
Why these points?
Specific limits, verification errors and timing are documented. Exceptional account holds and disputes over winnings mean these published timelines cannot be treated as universal. - Payments11 / 12
Why these points?
The operator publishes currency-and-network withdrawal minimums and fees. Actual cashier values can change, and the contract reserves additional handling costs. - Complaints & redress6 / 10
Why these points?
The forum reports include balances without confirmed recovery. Historical mediation includes a payment and a deposit-only refund; neither establishes that all disputed winnings were paid. - Domain & security8 / 8
Why these points?
The live certificate matches the official domain and operator; verification guidance identifies secure account procedures. The full security score is retained for documented domain continuity, not an independent penetration test. - Game integrity7 / 8
Why these points?
Originals have public outcome-verification tools. No funded game sample, third-party supplier audit or sportsbook execution test was performed. - Terms & enforcement4 / 7
Why these points?
Playthrough rules are unusually specific, but account enforcement leaves discretion and the general handling-charge clause needs to be read alongside the fee table. - Player protection3 / 5
Why these points?
Reduced from 4/5 to 3/5: exclusion tools are documented, but automatic versus request-based reopening is contradicted across official pages. Live enforcement was not tested. - Support continuity3 / 5
Why these points?
In the 4,600 USDT thread, Cloudbet acknowledged a review that could take up to 6 months; the author later reported no response to an offer of documents. Historical replies establish an operating channel, but this leaves the customer without a useful near-term update.
