Jackbit became Jack.com: what changed for existing players?

If you searched for Jackbit and arrived at Jack.com, the name change is real. The operator dates the rebrand to 29 May 2026 and says accounts, balances and VIP progress carried over. Its September explanation identifies Data Link Digital B.V. as the company behind both names. An existing customer should not need a second account simply because the logo changed.

This connection also matters when reading complaints. A Jackbit withdrawal dispute belongs to this brand's history; it should not disappear from a review because the current marketing uses Jack. Equally, an older dispute is not a test of the redesigned cashier. We examine the actual restriction and outcome, rather than assuming that either a new name or an old allegation settles today's reliability.

Is Jack.com licensed and trustworthy?

The Curaçao register dated 6 February 2026 lists Data Link Digital B.V., with a licence period ending 23 July 2026. Jack's newer publications describe a licence issued on 15 May. We could not reconcile those dates with a current, domain-specific certificate during this review. The company has a documented regulatory history; current renewal is not independently confirmed here.

That gap does not prove the licence expired without renewal. It does mean we will not describe the older PDF as confirmation of September status. The regulator's seal instructions explain that current verification runs through a domain-specific certificate, rather than a licence number pasted into a link. Readers should be able to inspect that record from the operator's footer.

Our local access from Curaçao was restricted, so this update uses public operator publications, historical records and attributable player cases. For someone currently waiting, the important point is the gap between identity approval and money being released. An approved identity check can coexist with a separate review of betting activity. If support mentions a six-month period, request the rule being applied and a date for the next update. A possible maximum is not a reason to stop responding to you until the last day. Include the original withdrawal amount, the dates of requests and approvals, and what remains withheld. If the case involves the old Jackbit name, say so and include the account's current Jack identifier privately.
