Is Rollbit still licensed after leaving Curaçao?

Rollbit’s old Curaçao certificate now displays “Revoked” under Bull Gaming N.V. However, stopping at that record would produce an incomplete answer. The Anjouan register lists rollbit.com under Acacia Tech Ltd with valid status and an expiry date of 20 August 2027. We inspected both records directly on 28 September 2026.

The September report of the switch also describes the casino changing its operator disclosure and licence badge. This source is another casino’s publication, so we used it as a lead and checked the named records ourselves. The important finding is a change of operator and licensing framework, not simply an expired image or an old review using the wrong logo.

We could not re-read the full current international contract because Rollbit’s browser returned a country restriction. That leaves an important gap: the precise treatment of existing accounts and older disputes after the company change. If you are trying to leave the site with an existing balance, ask support what condition is actually preventing payment. Where do you find proof that a withdrawal was sent?

The August 2026 payment guide lists the following minimums. It describes no platform charge, with network gas costs shown before withdrawal confirmation. These are the published figures checked for this review; the cashier must still support your selected asset and route.

A particularly important warning accompanies the deposit list: below-minimum transfers will not credit and, according to Rollbit, cannot be recovered by support. A tiny “test payment” can therefore fail for a documented reason. Do not assume that dividing a larger transfer into small pieces makes it safer or that a later transfer will automatically combine with the missing one.

For somebody already affected, retain each transfer separately and ask whether the amount arrived below the applicable threshold. Why has the Rollbit sports cashout button disappeared?

How much of Rollbit’s rewards calendar can you claim now?

The current rewards programme divides benefits between an immediate credit and later calendar claims. Standard rakeback is 5% of house edge, with half released immediately and half spread across 3 days. The daily bonus uses a different split, illustrated below. These percentages concern rewards already calculated, not a promise to return that share of every deposit.

The practical question is how much you would collect without changing your habits. A reward schedule can encourage repeated visits, and a future calendar amount is not the same thing as cash already credited. Is a bonus balance the same as calendar rewards?

No. Rollbit’s separate bonus-balance guide describes a 5× wagering condition before the reward moves to the main balance. For a hypothetical $10 bonus governed by that 5× rule, the corresponding turnover is $50. The posted correspondence concerns anti-money-laundering checks; the author offered evidence about the origin of the funds and disputed the decision. Their April replies still describe no opportunity to resolve that question. The reviewed thread has no documented payment or final independent ruling. The issue is the alleged retention and lack of a usable challenge route, not proof that winning bets alone caused the closure.

A September report alleges a further $16,000 withheld

A 24 September Reddit post alleges a ban and roughly $16,000 retained after casino and sports activity. The reviewed discussion does not establish a final decision, receipt or the operator’s underlying evidence. The balance remains disputed in that public account; its cause cannot be inferred from Rollbit’s licence transition.

For a reader still without their money, the unanswered balance decision is the priority. The paid historical cases below have their own outcomes; they do not settle the recent complaints or justify their delays.

A 668 USDT case ended with access restored and payment confirmed

In the March–April 2025 complaint, a Brazilian player described restrictions despite prior verification. Rollbit’s compliance team said its investigation needed information from a third-party provider. Later, the player explicitly confirmed that the account had been unlocked and the withdrawal paid. This provides a more concrete positive outcome than a mediator’s status label alone.

The correspondence mentioned a 20-day response aim for that particular complaint. We do not present it as a universal contractual deadline, especially after the operator change. It does, however, show a useful question for someone in a similar situation: is support waiting for something from you, or is another provider holding up the review?

Send a concise timeline to official support and request the current formal complaints route. Identify the account reference, balance, currency, last successful withdrawal and the first restriction notice. State whether you want a decision on the alleged rule breach, release of an undisputed amount or an explanation of the remaining review.

Because the listed operator has changed, request confirmation of the entity responsible for your case and the applicable terms version. Do not send a new dispute to an old regulator merely because an outdated review still names it. The available registers establish the licensing change, but do not themselves decide which body has jurisdiction over every historical claim.

If you use a public mediator, distinguish documents sent from documents approved, deposits from winnings, and wallet withdrawals from early sports cashouts.
