Roobet.com is operated by Raw Entertainment B.V. The Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate names the company and domain, and returned an active licence status during this review. That provides a firmer basis for calling Roobet a real gambling business than its celebrity partnerships, raffle prizes or number of bets displayed on the homepage.

The account terms distinguish the Curaçao operator from a Cyprus company that handles fiat transactions for the group. A different payment-agent name is therefore not, by itself, evidence of a fake payment. The contract and the licence should still identify the service you actually joined. Access depends on both your country and the game

Roobet’s restricted-region notice excludes residents of the USA, UK, Australia, the Netherlands and Curaçao, among others. We also encountered a region restriction when inspecting the public site. Being able to read a help article does not establish that you are eligible to open or use an account.

Our findings come from the regulator, current official guidance and attributed public disputes. The distinction matters most where published instructions describe a smooth process but a player reports an exception.

Roobet withdrawal pending: what can delay payment?

For a missing crypto payment, locate the transaction ID in the notifications or transaction history. If there is one, check whether it refers to the correct destination and network. If there is no broadcast transaction, ask Roobet whether the request is waiting for verification, deposit confirmation or another account check. The receiving wallet cannot accelerate a transfer the casino has not sent.

The withdrawal troubleshooting page says requests are sent instantly, while arrival depends on blockchain confirmations. Read that as the operator’s description of the ordinary process. A credited Bitcoin deposit can still be unconfirmed

Roobet’s deposit-confirmation guide describes early credit for qualifying Bitcoin deposits. The balance can be available for play before the incoming transfer has its required confirmation. Withdrawal and tipping remain unavailable until deposits are confirmed. This explains a specific error that otherwise looks inconsistent: being allowed to bet does not necessarily mean the incoming payment is fully settled.

The guidance lists 1 confirmation for Bitcoin and Litecoin and 3 for Ethereum, USDT and USDC. These are published reference requirements, not a universal time estimate or a guarantee that all newly supported networks use identical rules. A congested network can take longer; repeatedly attempting the same withdrawal does not create the missing confirmation.

Deposits and received tips have different wagering requirements

The wagering rules require turnover equal to a crypto deposit before withdrawal, tipping or instant raffles. Cash deposits also require full turnover before withdrawal; tipping is unavailable for cash deposits. Received tips have a separate requirement of 30% of their value. Only settled sportsbook wagers count.

For example, a received $20 tip requires $6 in qualifying wagers under that rule. It is not a $6 fee, and completing the turnover does not guarantee that the full $20 remains. This is why a promotional balance, a received tip and your own deposit should not all be described as immediately withdrawable money.

Roobet rejected my documents: what should I ask support?

For a rejected upload, ask Roobet to identify the missing information and provide a working route through the verification settings. An unexplained refusal should not leave you guessing which document to send next.

The current Level 2 guide accepts a passport, driving licence or government-issued identification document and directs uploads to account verification settings. The compliance team reviews submissions daily and may request more information. Daily review is a working process, not a promise that every application finishes within 24 hours.

Can two people in the same household use Roobet?

Roobet’s terms require users to report connected accounts, including accounts sharing a household, device or IP address. They call for thorough verification and written consent for a connected account. That is worth checking before another household member registers. Sharing a connection should not be treated in this article as proof of fraud, but the operator’s permission requirement is more specific than a simple “one account per person” summary.

If a restriction is attributed to linked accounts, explain the actual relationship and ask what connection Roobet identified. Why support may not explain the whole investigation

For AstroPay, Roobet describes a pending notification followed by completion. For IMPS, the withdrawal form requires Indian bank and identity information. Can you withdraw to any Ethereum address?

An older but still published smart-contract help notice says contract addresses are not supported. It was last dated April 2021, so it should not be read as proof that every modern smart wallet has been tested. A deposit limit alone does not stop the existing balance from being recycled through many bets.

The timeout and exclusion guide provides a self-service 24-hour break and longer exclusion choices. Account deletion follows a separate process with confirmation and a cooling-off period. If the intention is to stop gambling now, use the timeout or exclusion route rather than assume an administrative deletion request immediately blocks play.

Protect the recovery key as carefully as the password

Roobet supports authenticator-based two-factor authentication. Its setup guide provides a recovery key and warns that the key can remove the protection. Store it privately and separately from the account password. Someone asking for that key is not asking for a harmless transaction reference.

These are documented capabilities rather than proof of flawless enforcement. We did not attempt to bypass a limit, reopen an excluded account or recover a compromised one. They receive credit for being available and explained; claims about the quality of live enforcement would require a different kind of test.

Roobet complaints: rejected documents and money out of reach

A rejected payslip and $183 across two payment problems

A $153,000 return was reported by the operator

In a historical AskGamblers complaint displayed as roughly 3 years old, a player said they accidentally deposited 100 ETH instead of 10 and then could not withdraw while the account was reviewed. The platform lists $153,000 as the disputed amount. Roobet responded that the unusually large deposit triggered security checks and said it paid after completing the review.

AskGamblers marks the case resolved, but the closing exchange asks the player to confirm receipt and says non-response will also close the case. Payment is reported by Roobet, without clear player confirmation in the visible record. That outcome does not account for the wait to recover an accidental transfer.

A September 2026 case involves a different kind of restriction

In a September €1,300 account dispute, the player reports being blocked since 3 September 2026. Roobet’s risk team attributes the restriction to exposure to sanctioned wallets. The player disputes that explanation and asks why it was raised separately from requests for address and salary documents.

What answer should Roobet give about the retained money?

Roobet should identify whether it is questioning a document, the source of a transfer or an alleged account connection. Ask which requirement remains outstanding and what decision has been made about the money. If explanations change, preserve each one with its date; inconsistent replies are part of the complaint, not a reason to blame you for following up.

The dispute clause directs customers to support first and discusses arbitration under Curaçao law if a dispute remains unresolved after 30 days or the outcome is contested. That is not an automatic refund service or a promise that a regulator will decide a private payout claim. Keep the written decision if you later seek mediation.

The influencer controversy is about how Roobet was promoted

Coffeezilla’s 2021 House of Cards series questioned financial connections behind SteveWillDoIt’s promotion of Roobet. Dexerto’s October 2021 report describes the first episode and reports that the creator’s gambling channel subsequently showed no videos. The original episode is linked in the sources so the criticism is traceable to its author, rather than repeated as an anonymous internet verdict.

The allegations concern promotional relationships and the financing behind the videos. Removing videos is not an admission of wrongdoing, and this reporting does not establish that Roobet manipulated game results or refused every customer’s winnings. We have not verified a court judgment resolving the allegations in the materials used here.

The useful question for someone considering a deposit is whether a spectacular influencer session demonstrates an ordinary customer experience. It does not establish the creator’s contractual terms, the viewer’s eligibility or the handling of a later withdrawal. Those questions need the current rules and actual complaint outcomes above. The age of the controversy is also explicit: it should not be dressed up as a newly discovered 2026 incident.
