Operator identity survives cross-checking
Terms, a Costa Rican gazette notice, Canadian trademark filings and a WIPO proceeding all connect the brand and domain to Three Gaming Limitada.
We traced the operator through WIPO and government records, tested the licence claim against the public trail, mapped 46 published crypto assets and followed the gap between a one-hour payout target and months-long review allegations.
Short answer: Solcasino.io is a functioning casino, sportsbook and trading product operated by a traceable Costa Rican company. We found no evidence sufficient to call it a scam. The 61/100 score reflects a credible business identity and strong payment documentation, offset by a licence claim without a public number, broad KYC/enforcement discretion and serious recent reports of prolonged withdrawal reviews.

Executive findings
Terms, a Costa Rican gazette notice, Canadian trademark filings and a WIPO proceeding all connect the brand and domain to Three Gaming Limitada.
Sumsub, transaction monitoring, re-verification, source-of-funds and a €2,000 EDD threshold are documented—not hidden behind a vague “no KYC” promise.
The one-hour target is qualified by provider and AML review. Recent public cases allege reviews lasting 20–30 business days or months without a substantive response.
The Tobique licence claim appears repeatedly, but the operator’s public pages do not provide a licence number or direct registry record that we could reconstruct.

Why the WIPO file matters: in case DIO2025-0059, the registrar disclosed the registrant and the panel documented a 2021 acquisition and launch chronology. The complaint was denied. That supports domain continuity; it is not a gambling-safety ruling.

Licence investigation
Three Gaming Limitada says it is licensed under the Tobique Gaming Act. The claim appears in the Terms, AML policy and footer.
CLAIM DOCUMENTEDWe did not locate a direct public register entry or numbered certificate from the links exposed in the reviewed pages.
NOT FULLY RECONSTRUCTIBLEThe footer expressly says crypto futures and financial instruments are not covered. Casino, sports and leveraged trading must not be scored as one regulated product.
MATERIAL SCOPE LIMIT
OPEN EVIDENCE Account, KYC and AML
Email or wallet-based account, age/identity declarations and sanctions screening.
Crypto is classified as high risk; transactions and gambling behaviour are monitored.
€2,000 linked transactions, VPN, multi-accounting, unusual volume, low-odds play or payment switching can raise risk.
Sumsub may request ID, proof of address, liveness and refreshed documents.
Medium/high risk can require AML approval, source of funds, source of wealth and compliance consent before payout.
The public documents do not state a maximum decision period for exceptional review.
EDD may apply when a single transaction—or linked transactions in one session—totals €2,000 or more. It is a trigger for review, not proof of wrongdoing.
ID, proof of address, payment evidence, liveness, bank or wallet ownership, source of funds and source of wealth. Mobile phone bills are explicitly not accepted as address evidence.
The AML policy describes six-month refresh cycles, expired-document checks and re-verification when risk changes. “Verified” is therefore a status, not permanent immunity from EDD.
The Terms permit account closure and balance forfeiture for failed or false verification. Request the exact missing item and submit documents only through the official Sumsub flow.

Choose an available method and amount.
Play deposited funds at least 1×; poker/trading do not count.
Same-method check, risk score, documents and provider validation.
Medium/high AML risk needs AML-team approval.
Web3 payout is sent; non-Web3 route may carry a flat fee.
Verify transaction hash and destination network.
The Terms say Solcasino will try to pay within one hour and refer to a ten-minute average for ordinary withdrawals.
One deposit confirmation, active-deposit turnover, same method, KYC/AML and provider validation can precede approval.
We did not fund an account or time a withdrawal. No independent payout speed is claimed.
Historical cases often resolved; newer high-value cases allege 20–30 business days or much longer and no substantive escalation.
Product and bonus risk
Large slots and live-casino sections, providers, game shows and table filters are visible. Supplier availability varies by territory.
Dice, Limbo, Plinko, Mines, Crash, Keno and additional in-house formats were visible. A provability explanation exists, but we did not audit every implementation.
Sportsbook, esports and live betting are documented. Futures advertise leverage up to 1000×; the operator itself says financial trading falls outside the wagering licence.
Offers are dynamic. Before accepting any promotion, preserve wagering, game contribution, maximum bet, expiry and withdrawal rules shown to the account.

Two 2026 files we examined were closed unresolved after the mediator described repeated operator non-response.
How to read this: complaint portals overrepresent dissatisfied users, combine different account sizes and may lack full internal evidence. Recurrence affects risk; it does not prove fraud. Resolution labels also do not prove the operator was right at every stage.

Score reconstruction
Three Gaming Limitada and registration 3-102-910242 appear in the Terms, Costa Rican gazette material, Canadian trademark filings and the 2026 WIPO domain decision. Ultimate beneficial owners are not mapped.
The operator claims a Tobique Gaming Commission licence and defines its scope, but the public pages reviewed provide no licence number or direct registry record. Crypto futures are expressly outside the wagering licence.
The Terms publish a one-hour target and one-confirmation rule, while the AML file documents Sumsub, risk scoring, EDD and a €2,000 threshold. It does not cap exceptional review time; recent long-review complaints remain unresolved.
A dated 46-asset table identifies core/community tokens and networks, $10,000 daily defaults and recovery charges. Live minimums, flat non-Web3 fees and account-specific availability remain cashier-dependent.
AskGamblers listed 14 historical cases with 13 resolved, but newer Casino Guru files describe prolonged reviews and repeated non-response. Public outcomes conflict, and regulator escalation is not clearly documented.
Solcasino.io dates to November 2021, has a documented WIPO history, long registration horizon, Cloudflare nameservers, HTTPS and wallet login. DNSSEC was not signed in the registry response and account-security coverage is incomplete.
The public lobby exposes established providers, live casino, Originals and a provably-fair section. The operator names suppliers but does not publish a complete site-wide test certificate or independent audit of every Original.
The file clearly publishes same-method withdrawal and 1× deposit turnover, yet grants broad discretion over significant-win instalments, VPN-related indefinite freezes, KYC refusal and game-provider verification.
Self-exclusion and take-a-break routes are published. The Terms say crypto deposit limits are unavailable, and public reports include a recent allegation that a requested restriction was not handled correctly.
Live support, email and community channels are visible. We did not conduct an authenticated timed test, while recent complaint mediators describe unanswered escalations in higher-value review cases.
No critical override was applied: we found no fake licence certificate, clone domain, malware, release-fee demand or authoritative finding that Solcasino is a confirmed scam. The score is capped by licence traceability and the open-ended exceptional-review pathway.
Decision fit
Pending-withdrawal protocol
Stop wagering and record the withdrawal amount, asset, network and UTC timestamp.
Save the live limit, minimum, fee and destination-address screen before it changes.
Confirm the deposit has at least one blockchain confirmation.
Calculate and preserve evidence of the required 1× deposit turnover; exclude poker and trading volume.
Check that withdrawal returns through the permitted method and to a wallet you control.
Complete legitimate Sumsub requests only through the official flow.
Ask whether the file is CDD, EDD, source-of-funds, provider verification or another named stage.
Request the exact clause, outstanding item, case number and next-review date in writing.
Preserve chat exports, emails, screenshots, wallet signatures and every transaction hash.
If no substantive answer arrives, escalate the chronology to the stated regulator route and a reputable complaint mediator.
Final verdict
The operator, domain and product are independently traceable. We found no basis for a confirmed-fraud label.
A one-hour target sits beside broad AML/provider controls and recent reports of very long unresolved reviews.
Save the exact network, limit and fee; ask for the current licence number; test a complete withdrawal with a modest balance.
Solcasino questions
We found no documentary basis to classify Solcasino.io as a confirmed scam. The operator, domain history and live product are verifiable. Our 61/100 result reflects material caution around the licence trail, broad review powers and recent unresolved withdrawal complaints—not a finding that every withdrawal fails.
Solcasino appears to be a genuine operating crypto casino, sportsbook and trading platform. Three Gaming Limitada is named across multiple independent official records. That operational legitimacy does not equal strong player protection or a guaranteed payout timetable.
Three Gaming Limitada, a Costa Rican company numbered 3-102-910242, is the contracting operator. WIPO and trademark records support the company-domain relationship. The natural persons who ultimately own or control the company were not identified in the public material we reviewed.
Solcasino says Three Gaming Limitada is licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission. We found the claim repeatedly in first-party documents but no licence number or direct public register entry linked from those pages. The site also states that its crypto futures activity is not covered by the wagering licence.
Yes, it can. The Terms identify Sumsub and permit identity checks at deposit or withdrawal. The AML policy adds risk scoring, sanctions screening, ongoing monitoring, EDD and source-of-funds or source-of-wealth requests. A €2,000 transaction threshold may trigger enhanced checks.
The Terms say the operator will try to pay within one hour and mention a ten-minute average for ordinary cases. Those are published targets, not guarantees. Game-provider checks, medium/high AML risk, expired documents and exceptional reviews can extend the process without a published maximum.
Common documented checkpoints include one deposit confirmation, 1× play-through, same-method payout, Sumsub verification, AML approval for medium/high risk and provider confirmation for a significant win. Ask support which exact checkpoint is open and request a dated escalation.
The May 2025 token document states a default $10,000-worth daily withdrawal limit for both core and community tokens unless another limit is shown. Account, token or liquidity-specific limits may differ, so preserve the live cashier screen before depositing.
The published table lists 46 assets. Core routes include SOL, BTC, ETH, BNB, DOGE, AVAX and POL, with USDC across Solana, Ethereum, Near, Aptos, BSC and Polygon, and USDT across Solana, Ethereum, TRC20, BSC and Polygon. The live cashier remains controlling.
The Terms say Web3-wallet withdrawals carry the network gas fee but no operator withdrawal charge, while non-Web3 wallets incur an unspecified flat fee. Wrong-route recovery may cost 10% or at least $100 and is offered only for eligible deposits above $1,000.
The Terms say VPN use requires written support consent and that an unauthorised VPN can lead to exclusion and remaining funds being frozen indefinitely. Because the wording is broad, obtain written approval before using privacy or travel tools.
The lobby includes Originals and the documentation describes provability. We did not independently audit source code, every seed path or every third-party certificate, so we treat the feature as documented product evidence—not a blanket guarantee of every game.
Stop playing, save the cashier state, confirm asset and network, document the 1× turnover, complete legitimate KYC in the official flow and ask for the exact risk-review stage. Preserve all timestamps, support references and transaction hashes before escalating.
Bitsler is our tested and documented alternative for readers who want a long-running crypto-native casino with Originals and sportsbook access. Compare current country eligibility, coin routes, limits and withdrawal terms before funding either account.
