Is Thrill a scam or legit?
Quick answer
Thrill shows strong signs of legitimacy: a verified licence, externally checked games and published reports of successful crypto withdrawals. Its low listed fees on selected stablecoin networks, casino and sports selection, and rewards available from Base level make it a compelling option for eligible players.

Operator & licence
Who is behind Thrill?
Thrill is an identifiable, licensed operation. Its English contract names Gravity Unleashed Limitada. The Anjouan public register matches that company to thrill.com and lists valid status through 18 June 2027, checked on 1 October 2026. The company, domain and dates can be checked in the linked record.
Where is Thrill available?
It is not available worldwide. The validator excludes Australia, Comoros, France, the Netherlands, Spain, the UK and the USA, alongside sanctioned and other excluded jurisdictions. The operator’s country restrictions also apply and are not limited to that list. Being able to open a page does not establish eligibility.
Our browser displayed Thrill’s regional restriction notice during this review. We could read public policies and help articles, but did not open a funded account or test the cashier. Accordingly, the payment experiences below are attributed to the publications that reported them. We have not presented their activity as our own.
Withdrawals & ID
Does Thrill pay out, and what can slow a withdrawal?
There are published reports of completed small withdrawals. They are a useful positive sign because they describe money arriving, rather than merely a request being accepted. The available examples do not establish how Thrill handles every account, a large win or a withdrawal held for identity checks.
Separately, Kryptocasinos’ German-language review describes Bitcoin and USDT withdrawals worth roughly 30 USDT each. The reviewer reports about 7 minutes for USDT and an hour for Bitcoin, without an identity check on those transactions. The two publications provide more substance than an unsupported “instant payouts” claim, but we have not authenticated their blockchain receipts.
Thrill’s delay guide gives estimates for the network stage, including 10–30+ minutes for Bitcoin. That clock is different from the time spent reviewing an account before dispatch. When comparing the reported tests, preserve the currency and network: combining a USDT receipt with a Bitcoin transfer into one average would hide the difference a reader actually needs to understand.
A separate condition affects deposits even without a bonus: the current contract requires each deposit to be wagered at least once. Depositing and immediately requesting the money back can therefore lead to a rejected or delayed request. Treat this as a condition of funding the account, not a requirement that appears only when accepting a promotion.
If the money has not arrived
Thrill’s missing-withdrawal guide points to the transaction reference in the account’s withdrawal history. A transfer that has not been sent requires a different answer from one already confirmed on the network. Ask support whether the request is still under review or has actually been broadcast.
If it has been sent, check that the reference matches the chosen network and destination. When the blockchain confirms delivery but an exchange balance has not updated, the receiving platform may need to trace the credit. Keep the amount, timestamp and transaction reference together: those details help locate the money without turning a support request into an unrelated account history.
Verification help
How does Thrill verification work before a withdrawal?
Thrill’s verification policy allows requests for identification, proof of address and source of funds. Additional checks depend on the account’s risk profile, and withdrawals can be suspended while that review is completed. The policy does not give a universal amount below which verification can never be requested.
Where can you find Thrill’s outstanding verification request?
The Thrill registration help says a verification request can arrive by email or through the account dashboard. Check both for the actual requirement. If an upload is rejected, request the specific reason and accepted next step. A clear explanation helps you respond without unnecessary repeat submissions or disclosure of extra personal information. Thrill’s public policies allow proof of identity, residence and funds, so a request for the source of a deposit can require something different from an ID photograph.
The published Thrill support options include round-the-clock live assistance. That gives users a clear place to ask for the next step, although support availability does not set a deadline for a verification decision. Keep one conversation reference and the most recent submission confirmation so the team can locate the request.
Recover an existing account and arrange withdrawals before closure
The registration guide recommends recovering the original account when an email is already registered. That is the useful starting point after a forgotten login, rather than creating a second profile. It also distinguishes accounts registered through Google or Twitch from ordinary email sign-ins.
Thrill’s closure terms provide a route to withdraw eligible money, subject to outstanding verification. For a closure you request, arrange the withdrawal before termination; pending or unclaimed rewards are treated separately. If Thrill ends the service relationship, its contract says it will notify the user of the available withdrawal method. Ask support to confirm which balance is withdrawable and whether an existing request remains active.
Costs & payments
What are Thrill’s withdrawal fees and network costs?
For cashouts, the published fee schedule remains dated 4 December 2025. The following USDC routes were still listed when we checked it. These are published reference values, not quotes obtained from a logged-in cashier.
| Network | Minimum USDC | Fee USDC |
|---|---|---|
| Arbitrum | 1 | 0.01 |
| Polygon | 2.5 | 0.1 |
| Solana | 2.5 | 0.5 |
| Ethereum | 2.5 | 1 |
The practical attraction is a low published fee on some stablecoin routes. That advantage only helps if your receiving wallet supports the same network. Converting or moving funds elsewhere just to reach the cheapest route can add costs that this table does not include.
There is an important limit to the help page’s “no maximum” wording: the September contract reserves withdrawal limits and the right to change them. We cannot substantiate an unconditional daily or monthly ceiling for every account. For a large balance, get the applicable limit and any instalment arrangement confirmed before treating the whole amount as immediately withdrawable.
The withdrawal instructions say the minimum and fee appear before confirmation. Use that final display for an actual request, including whether the cost comes out of the requested amount. The smaller amount received in the published test above was explained by a fee; an unexplained shortfall needs its own investigation.
Thrill’s deposit guide, dated 17 July 2026, says it sets no minimum or maximum crypto deposit and requires email and account verification before funding. It distinguishes direct crypto deposits from its Buy Crypto option: purchasing coins with a bank payment is not the same as holding a fiat casino balance.
Games & product
A casino and sportsbook, with two different game checks
Thrill’s public navigation separates Originals, slots, live casino, game shows and table games, alongside sports betting. Players can choose between quick in-house rounds and a supplier catalogue rather than being limited to one format. Availability can vary by country and provider, so confirm access to a particular game before choosing Thrill for that title.
Gamecheck’s Thrill profile reports that it found no fake games in a selection from multiple suppliers. Its history includes checks on 10 August, 26 August and 14 September 2026, and describes monthly and random monitoring. That is external evidence about the authenticity of the games sampled, rather than a conclusion drawn from provider logos alone.

For Thrill Originals, the operator publishes a separate result-verification method. In plain language, it explains how the recorded inputs of a round produce its result. Someone disputing an Originals outcome can retain the round details and compare them with that method, instead of relying entirely on the animation shown on screen.
That process does not verify every studio slot in the lobby. Equally, a genuine supplier game can still produce a losing session. These checks support game integrity; they do not change the house edge or answer a dispute about whether the casino released a withdrawal.
If your question concerns a particular game, keep its title, supplier and round reference. This identifies which kind of evidence can actually resolve the issue. For sportsbook users, the corresponding source is the sports rules for the market involved; an Originals fairness calculation has no bearing on how a sports bet should be settled.
An option for existing VIPs
Can you bring your VIP status to Thrill?
Thrill has a VIP transfer programme for newcomers with an established wagering history elsewhere. The detail worth knowing is timing: eligibility ends once ordinary progression takes your Thrill account beyond the programme’s XP window.
Applicants must provide evidence of their previous tier or wagering history. Thrill reviews it and sets an XP target and a period to complete it. The reward and matched tier follow completion of that target; they are not awarded simply for submitting a screenshot. The programme also excludes participants in another wager target.
For someone already eligible, obtain the proposed reward, target and deadline in writing before deciding. It would make little sense to increase gambling elsewhere just to meet the entry requirement.
Rewards & account rules
Rewards start at Base, but claiming them matters
You do not need a high VIP tier for every benefit. Thrill’s rewards table includes instant rakeback, weekly and monthly bonuses at Base, with additional benefits as players progress through 16 levels. This gives ordinary accounts access to the core programme without needing the transfer arrangement described above.
The public table does not quote a fixed cash value for a Base account. Your tier determines which benefits you can access; the amount depends on eligible play and the calculation for each reward.
What does rakeback actually return?
The rakeback explanation bases it on eligible wagering and the house edge of the game. A percentage of that edge is a different amount from the same percentage of everything you bet. For example, 100 USDC of wagering on a game with a 2% edge represents 2 USDC of theoretical house edge; the applicable reward is a share of that 2 USDC. This illustrates the calculation base, not a quoted Thrill reward rate.
It is also separate from the result of one session. A player can receive a reward and still lose more than it is worth. The benefit is best judged as a reduction in the cost of play you already intended, rather than a reason to move to a higher-edge game or chase the next tier.
Why a weekly or monthly reward may be missing
The weekly eligibility rule requires betting activity in the preceding 7 days. The calculation guide also considers VIP rank and the house edge of the games played. It says the weekly accounting period starts on Friday at 00:00 and that Friday wagers before the bonus is issued go into the following cycle. That distinction can explain why recent activity is not reflected in the drop a player expected.
Eligibility is not the same as receipt. The claiming guide says rewards are not automatically credited: users must actively claim them. A missing bonus can therefore mean no qualifying activity, a reward waiting to be claimed or an expired claim window. Those are different situations to raise with support.

The weekly reward expires when the next weekly bonus drops. For the monthly reward, the operator describes a distribution around the 15th, sometimes earlier or later, with expiry before the next monthly drop. Use the countdown and available claim in Rewards rather than assuming a fixed calendar date guarantees a credit.
These are recurring reward rules. A separate promotion can have its own wagering requirement, deadline and eligible games. This review does not promise a universal welcome package or a fixed amount of immediately withdrawable bonus money. Evaluate a specific offer using the conditions actually attached to it.
Account controls worth knowing before a problem
The account guide documents password recovery, including adding a password after signing up with Google or Twitch. It also lets users change marketing preferences. These are useful account-management routes; they should not be confused with a financial limit or a self-exclusion request.
For crypto custody, Thrill describes multi-party transaction approval and continuous screening in its security explanation. Those are operator statements, not an independent audit of its wallet infrastructure. We give credit for specific disclosed controls without claiming to have inspected how its funds are held.
The self-exclusion policy provides a support-assisted lock of 1–180 days and says promotional messages stop during that period. Save the confirmation and end date if you use it. The implementation concern behind our protection score is examined in the complaint below.
Finally, the inactivity clause permits a monthly charge of 5% of the remaining balance after 12 inactive months. Occasional users should account for this before leaving funds behind for a long break.
Complaints & support
Thrill self-exclusion complaint: the losses remain disputed
The AskGamblers complaint remained marked unsolved when reviewed for this update. The player alleges $71,544 in losses after an account was reopened during a requested three-month exclusion. Thrill replied that it had treated the restriction as a temporary break and reopened the account at the player’s request.
AskGamblers questioned that explanation because the messages used the term self-exclusion. The dispute concerns how the restriction was understood and enforced. The amount is the player’s claim, not an independently established loss calculation by CryptoCasinoChecker, and we have not found a documented settlement in that case.
The central concern is whether the requested barrier to further gambling was enforced. A customer asking for a 3-month exclusion needs to know whether access will stay closed for that period, including if they later ask to return. The record shows no documented settlement of the claimed losses. This complaint concerns protection from further play, not a pending routine withdrawal.
How useful is the support route?
Thrill provides live support and a searchable help centre. Its contract also describes escalation from customer support to management. We did not measure a live response in this review, so there is no claimed CryptoCasinoChecker response-time test.
Other reviewers describe different experiences. BitCasinosRank reports connecting to chat after just over 5 minutes but finding the answers repetitive; Kryptocasinos describes a helpful German-language exchange using translation, with the information it needed within 5 minutes. These are individual interactions, not a measured service average. Together, they suggest that speed and usefulness should be assessed separately.
For an unresolved withdrawal, ask which action remains outstanding and request a written explanation tied to that transaction. For a game dispute, use the round or bet reference. A reply that simply repeats a help article does not establish whether the specific issue has been examined.
If the internal process does not resolve the matter, the licence validator describes the distinction between ordinary disputes and alleged breaches of licence conditions. It directs players to exhaust the operator’s internal process before independent dispute resolution. A complaint marked closed on any platform should only count as a successful outcome if the record explains what was actually resolved.
Verdict & score
Who is Thrill a good fit for?
Thrill is a credible option to consider for an eligible crypto user who wants casino games and sports in one place, values low published fees on selected stablecoin routes and prefers recurring rewards to relying on a large welcome offer. Its identifiable operator, external game checks and reported small payments give the review a concrete basis.
It is a less convincing fit for someone who needs guaranteed anonymity, certainty about unrestricted large withdrawals or an unqualified account-protection record. Those needs are not resolved by the strengths elsewhere on the page. The distinction matters more than adding another catalogue count or another provider logo.
