Is TrustDice a scam? Withdrawals, KYC and bonus review
Quick answer
TrustDice has an active Curaçao licence and documented historical payments, supporting its legitimacy. The main catch is its 5× deposit-wagering rule before withdrawal, alongside possible identity checks. Our 81/100 assessment recognises the verifiable operator and game documentation while retaining deductions for cashout friction and account restrictions.

Is TrustDice legit? What the active licence establishes
TrustDice has an identifiable operator and an active licence linked to the exact domain reviewed here, trustdice.win. We opened the certificate through the casino’s footer: it names Satoshi Gaming Group N.V. and displays an active Curaçao authorisation. That is stronger evidence of an accountable business than a licence logo copied onto a homepage. The live certificate is available in our sources if you want to check the match yourself.
There is a meaningful difference between recognising that business and recommending it to everyone. On 10 April 2025, Sweden’s gambling regulator prohibited Satoshi Gaming Group from targeting Sweden without the required Swedish licence. This is a jurisdiction-specific enforcement action, not a finding that every TrustDice game is fraudulent. For someone in Sweden, however, it matters more than a high international review score.
Our assessment concerns the international casino, not a locally licensed substitute for every country. Before comparing bonuses, establish whether your location and intended product are accepted. Do not assume that a working registration form settles eligibility. If a restriction affects you, a different browser or connection does not remove it.
Getting money out
Does TrustDice require 5× wagering before withdrawal?
Yes. The withdrawal guide requires a deposit worth at least 10 USDT and wagering equal to 5 times the deposited amount. This is presented as a withdrawal condition, not merely a requirement attached to a welcome bonus. A person intending to deposit, play briefly and leave should understand that difference before funding an account.
That calculation describes the volume of accepted bets, not an amount you must lose. It also does not make the process harmless: reaching a wagering target can expose the balance to repeated gambling losses. If money was deposited by mistake, ask support about returning unused funds and the applicable restrictions. We would not treat extra betting as a sensible troubleshooting method.
For ordinary requests, TrustDice says it aims to process withdrawals within 1 hour, with some taking up to 48 hours. Its instructions include an email confirmation code. Those are the operator’s published expectations, not a timed withdrawal from our account. A request still awaiting your confirmation has a different cause from one already referred for review.
TrustDice KYC rejected: what should you ask support?
The current terms allow identity checks at any amount; the quoted 1 BTC or €2,000 threshold is not a promise of anonymity below it. They also allow account restrictions during compliance checks. Before replacing documents, establish whether the problem is image quality, an identity mismatch, the origin of the funds or an allegation about how the account was used.
TrustDice should explain whether it rejected a document or is alleging a separate account-rule breach. Ask which requirement failed and how to respond securely. If it alleges a second account, request the relevant account links or transactions it can disclose and an opportunity to explain shared-device or household circumstances. An allegation is not, on its own, proof of misconduct. Keep the dispute tied to the original account.
Keep the withdrawal amount, request date and support reference together. Ask whether the request remains queued or must be resubmitted after verification. TrustDice should make that next step explicit, so you are not left waiting for a payment that it expects you to request again. We found no independently established deadline covering every enhanced review.
Funding without avoidable surprises
TrustDice deposit minimums, payment routes and missing transfers
The January 2026 crypto deposit guide, available in German, quotes a €0.10 equivalent minimum and describes confirmation as ordinarily taking up to 30 minutes. That small deposit minimum should not be confused with the separate withdrawal-enabling requirement described above. The same guide covers familiar assets including BTC, ETH, USDT and USDC and directs the customer to choose a matching network.
| Question | Where the answer belongs |
|---|---|
| Will this deposit be credited? | The selected asset, network and minimum in the deposit screen. |
| Can I withdraw the balance? | The account’s wagering, verification and bonus status. |
| How much will arrive? | The fee and delivered amount quoted for your withdrawal route. |
We did not establish a single current fee that fairly represents all TrustDice withdrawals. A review should not replace that gap with “free cashouts.” Look at the actual quote, especially when the intended withdrawal is small. A familiar coin symbol is not enough to identify the transfer route, and the cost of sending from your own wallet may be separate from a casino charge.
If a deposit is missing, provide its transaction reference and the destination shown when you sent it. Ask whether the transfer is awaiting confirmations, was sent through an unsupported route or has reached the casino but not the account balance. These are different investigations. Repeating the deposit before the first is traced increases the amount exposed without establishing what happened.
For bank payments, a casino’s “processed” status is also not the same thing as money appearing in a bank statement. A June 2025 SEPA complaint below shows why a processor trace can matter. That example concerns a bank transfer, so it should not be used to estimate blockchain settlement speed.
Checking the product
Can you check a TrustDice game result yourself?
TrustDice’s dice verification instructions explain how to retrieve a bet’s details and compare its recorded inputs with the result. The useful part is practical: if you question one roll, there is an individual record to examine. A long run of losing bets alone cannot establish that the recorded calculation was changed.
The guide points to server and client seed information and a verification tool. Save the relevant bet identifier and inputs if you intend to query a result. We have not independently replayed a sample of funded games for this review, so the presence of that guide earns credit for inspectability, not a claim that we audited the casino’s entire catalogue.
- One recorded roll
- Do the saved inputs reproduce this result?
- Your withdrawal
- That requires a separate payment and account review.
If both a roll and a withdrawal are disputed, ask for separate answers: the round record for the result, and the payment status for the funds. TrustDice’s ability to demonstrate a game calculation does not explain a withheld withdrawal or remove the need to address your payment complaint.
Why securing a quick-registration account matters
An unusually useful detail appears in the account-security guide: an initial username can be associated with browser storage, and clearing that storage or changing devices can jeopardise access before the account has been secured. TrustDice recommends adding login credentials and an email; it also documents authenticator-based two-factor protection.
- Before clearing browser data
- Link your email and secure your login.
- Before changing devices
- Make sure you can sign in independently of the original session.
Do this before treating the account as a place to keep a balance. Email access matters for more than receiving promotions: it can be needed for login recovery and withdrawal confirmation. Keep the recovery information somewhere independent of the same phone or browser. If access has already disappeared, give official support the account identifier and relevant payment references; do not publish personal documents in a public chat.
Rewards worth reading carefully
Is the TrustDice bonus worth accepting?
The bonus terms set 40× wagering for the first three deposit bonuses and a default 7-day completion period. They also restrict the size of bets that count towards that requirement. Those conditions deserve more attention than the maximum bonus advertised in the lobby. A promotion is a separate commitment, even when the deposit itself was planned anyway.
One easily missed detail is the qualifying stake size: the deposit-bonus rules say bets must be less than 2 USDT to count, with separate amounts for other currencies. That wording is stricter than “up to 2 USDT.” Check the currency-specific condition and the progress shown for the actual offer; increasing the stake can fail to advance the target you thought you were completing.
Cancellation is not neutral: the published rules remove the active bonus and related winnings, and say the cancellation cannot be reversed. Before accepting or cancelling an offer, obtain a breakdown of cash, bonus and bonus-derived winnings. A displayed account total can combine money with different withdrawal conditions.
Our approach is to compare the offer with the amount and type of play you intended before seeing it. If the deadline would make you play more often, or the qualifying games would change what you wanted to play, the extra headline value is not an uncomplicated benefit. Declining a promotion is a valid choice; it does not erase the ordinary withdrawal rules.
How long does it take to unstake TrustDice TXT rewards?
The January TXT guide specifies a 72-hour unstaking wait, followed by a manual Refund action to release the tokens. This is separate from withdrawing an ordinary casino balance. The programme has a 200 TXT minimum stake. A reward position and immediately available withdrawal money are therefore different things.
- Request unstakingThe exit process begins.
- Wait 72 hoursThe stated delay must elapse.
- Use RefundComplete the documented release action.
The guide’s daily distribution percentage refers to a rewards pool, not a guaranteed daily return on the value of your holding. We have not verified current token liquidity, an achievable sale price or an investment return. For a casino review, the useful takeaway is the extra step and delay involved in moving out of a reward position, not an invitation to buy the token.
A detail behind some public reviews: rewards for posting
The official bonuses guide describes a reward for submitting a review, including a minimum text length and named review platforms. That is relevant when interpreting enthusiastic short testimonials. It does not prove that a particular reviewer was paid, or that the programme required a positive rating; those would need evidence of their own.
- Registered an account
- Evidence about getting started.
- Claimed a reward
- Evidence about an internal credit.
- Received a withdrawal
- Evidence about a completed payment, if the receipt can be established.
When a review involves a reward, look for a description of what the author actually did. A genuine first impression can still offer very little information about access to a substantial cash balance. We do not infer that every favourable review belongs to the reward programme.
Access and account controls
Can you close TrustDice without losing track of your balance?
The terms describe self-exclusion but also state that withdrawals are unavailable while exclusion is active. If you need to stop gambling, ask for the restriction immediately and request written instructions for handling any remaining balance. Do not postpone a needed exclusion simply to keep the withdrawal button available.
Specify the period and purpose of the restriction and retain the confirmation. “Close my account” can leave too much room for interpretation if what you mean is “do not let me gamble for a month.” Ask how the restriction applies to deposits, login access and support-assisted settlement. This is an operational question, not a reason to disclose more personal information publicly.
The April 2025 case examined below makes the confirmation step particularly relevant. Rather than assuming that sending a request is identical to a completed restriction, preserve the actual acknowledgement and its effective date. If access remains open unexpectedly, stop using the account and raise the discrepancy in the same support conversation.
What happened to real complaints?
TrustDice complaints: withheld withdrawals and disputed refunds
A refund request remained unresolved after documents were supplied
In an April 2022 refund dispute, a UK customer sought return of deposits and account closure, then said TrustDice requested documents to confirm residence before communication stalled. The claim was £4,961.10, listed at about $6,211 by the platform. TrustDice told the mediator it had answered an information request, but the published case remains marked unresolved with no refund confirmed. This is a claim for deposits back over disputed eligibility, not an established unpaid withdrawal of winnings. The lack of a documented refund should not disappear behind the operator’s procedural reply.
A €1,300 bank withdrawal eventually reached the player
In the June 2025 SEPA complaint, the player said a €1,300 withdrawal was marked processed but had not reached the bank. TrustDice acknowledged a payment-provider issue. The record ends with the player confirming receipt after the balance was recredited and withdrawn another way. That is a stronger payout outcome than a moderator simply labelling a thread resolved.
The player had payment references that their bank could not use while the casino said the transfer could not be cancelled. That left the customer chasing money between organisations. The eventual replacement withdrawal resolved receipt; the original “processed” status had not given the player usable proof of delivery.
An ID dispute ended with the mediator supporting the casino
The historical identity and duplicate-account dispute began with a player challenging a rejected verification. TrustDice later supplied account-linking information privately to AskGamblers, which accepted the operator’s position. The public record does not allow us to audit that private evidence. Nor does “resolved” in this case mean that the claimed winnings were paid.
For someone facing a similar accusation, the useful next step is to obtain the specific alleged breach and the scope of the decision: account closure, deposit return, bonus removal or winnings withheld. Those outcomes should not be bundled into an unexplained “verification failed” message.
- SEPA complaint
- Player confirms money received.
- Duplicate-account dispute
- Mediator accepts the operator’s position.
A self-exclusion disagreement was not a cash refund
In an April 2025 exclusion complaint, a player alleged that a requested month-long restriction had not prevented later play. The casino disputed completion of the exclusion process, acknowledged confusion and offered a $150 bonus. The mediator sided with the casino. That offer was not a refund of the player’s alleged losses, and we do not present it as one.
These cases explain why an outcome needs to be read, not inferred from a badge. If your own dispute stalls, organise a short chronology, the amount in question, the requested remedy and the final operator response. Redact identity documents and private payment details before using a public mediation site. Keep the original records available for a secure request from the actual case handler.
Our assessment
Should you trust TrustDice with a deposit?
TrustDice presents credible evidence of a functioning, identifiable casino. Its active domain certificate, usable help material and an explicitly confirmed historical payment count in its favour. The more difficult decision is whether its cashout conditions and reward structure suit how you want to use a gambling account.
We would not choose it on the assumption that a small deposit is easy to reverse, that crypto removes document checks or that a large promotional balance is already spendable cash. Those assumptions fail against the published rules. The bonus and token features are optional reasons to investigate further, not reasons to ignore the ordinary account conditions.
Our 81/100 score remains supported by the present research. It recognises the verifiable business and product while retaining deductions for withdrawal friction, enforcement discretion and limited visibility into complaint evidence. We reviewed documents and public cases; we did not fund an account, time support or independently test custody.

Why these points?
The live exact-domain certificate names Satoshi Gaming Group N.V. The current terms and footer match that operator. - Licence & scope14 / 15
Why these points?
An active Curaçao certificate was directly observed. The Swedish prohibition demonstrates why that licence must not be treated as worldwide permission. - Withdrawals & KYC11 / 15
Why these points?
Published processing expectations, email confirmation and a confirmed historical payment support this score. The 5× deposit rule and discretionary KYC limit ease of withdrawal. - Payments10 / 12
Why these points?
Crypto deposit guidance gives a minimum and distinguishes networks. No single fee was verified for every withdrawal route. - Complaints & redress7 / 10
Why these points?
The SEPA claimant confirms eventual receipt. The other reviewed records do not establish full repayment, including the unresolved deposit-refund claim. Some mediator evidence remains private. - Domain & security7 / 8
Why these points?
The official security guide explains email recovery and authenticator protection. We did not audit wallet custody or test account security. - Game integrity7 / 8
Why these points?
A documented dice-result verification route makes individual rounds inspectable. No independent funded-game sample was reconstructed for this article. - Terms & enforcement4 / 7
Why these points?
Bonus deadlines, cancellation effects and TXT exit timing are documented. Different balance conditions and broad enforcement discretion reduce simplicity. - Player protection3 / 5
Why these points?
Self-exclusion exists, but confirmation and balance access need care. The historical exclusion dispute exposes an operational concern. - Support continuity4 / 5
Why these points?
Support and payment-provider participation can be followed in public correspondence. Present-day service response times were not measured.
