Match the company, website and present status
Start with the company named in the player contract. Open the regulator’s own record and compare the holder, exact casino domain and current status. The number in the footer helps locate a record; it does not settle a mismatch in the other fields.

Respond to the specific mismatch

| Different holder | Ask why the casino contract and regulatory record name different companies. A payment agent is not automatically the operator. |
| Domain missing | Check whether the issuer provides a separate domain certificate. Do not add an unlisted mirror to confirmed addresses. |
| Suspended or revoked | Preserve the explicit status and its date. A future expiry does not override a suspension. |
| Valid label with an old expiry | Look for a renewal or replacement record and state the unresolved conflict until it is reconciled. |
| Register will not load | Retain the last dated observation; a timeout is not evidence of revocation. |
Keep the evidence attached to the finding
