Has the casino sent the money yet?
The first useful timestamp is when you requested the withdrawal. The second is when a valid transaction appeared on the correct network. The third is when the destination credited it. An approval email can fall between the first two; it does not establish that the payment left the operator.
Before comparing two casinos, match the account state and payment route. A first cashout awaiting identity checks and a repeat cashout from an approved account are not measuring the same process.

What the published times actually cover
| Operator / document | Published statement | What it leaves outside the number |
|---|---|---|
| Rainbet | Typically 5–15 minutes to process | The same article discusses blockchain confirmation separately. A review can add time; this is an operator estimate. |
| BlockBet | Usually immediate; review can take up to 24 hours | The help page puts sufficient blockchain confirmation after processing. The review limit is not a total arrival guarantee. |
| Roobet | Describes sending as instant | “Sent” does not establish that the receiving service has credited the transfer. |
| Bitcasino | 48-hour hold after a password change | This account-security condition can matter before any transaction reaches the blockchain. |
Why a coin name cannot tell you the arrival time
A network confirmation and credit in an exchange account are separate events. The receiver chooses how much confirmation it requires. A transfer can therefore appear successful in an explorer before the exchange adds it to the available balance.
USDT also travels on several networks. The route needs to match the receiving account; the same token name is not enough. Neither a low fee nor an average block interval tells you how long a casino’s account review will take.
When should you challenge the delay?
Compare the current state with the rule that actually applies: ordinary processing, a security hold or a document review. If the published window has passed, ask the operator to explain the difference and provide the next update. A reply that merely repeats “blockchain delay” should include a transaction reference you can check.
