A functioning multi-product platform
Sportsbook, live betting, two casinos and poker share one account.
CASE CCC–055LEGACY + PAYOUT SYSTEM AUDIT · 03 SEP 2026
No evidence reviewed proves Everygame is a scam. It is a functioning sportsbook, casino and poker ecosystem descended from Intertops, with detailed public payout rules. The weakness is more fundamental: the current public contract does not identify a legal operator or provide licence coordinates a reader can independently reconstruct.
Executive findings
Sportsbook, live betting, two casinos and poker share one account.
The operator places a 48-hour business-day pending period before crypto settlement.
Current Terms name the brand—not a company, address or licence.
Published limits are not our independently timed withdrawal.
OPEN SOURCEDocuments a populated sportsbook, live-betting navigation, casino and poker routes. It does not prove current licensing or payout performance.
Identity, history and licence
No legal company, number or registered address.
No authority, licensee, number or registry link in current Terms.
Rebrand announced for 1 December 2021.
First online wager claim originates with the brand.
Same management and team, according to the announcement.
The new terms still do not name the legal counterparty.
The chain breaks at the precise point where a player would need to identify the contractual defendant or independent complaint authority.
Crypto cashier
OPEN SOURCEThe capture shows Bitcoin Lightning, Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash among location-specific deposit options.
No public maximum was found for an exceptional manual review. That unknown matters more than the word “instant”.
KYC and enforcement
One account across products.
Same-name payment method.
Deposit turns over at least 1×.
Only one withdrawal each 7 days.
ID, address and payment evidence.
Bonus, AML and account checks.
Processing then external settlement.
Account mismatch: registration details and payment ownership must align.
Deposit turnover: deposited money must be wagered at least once.
Bonus state: playthrough, eligible games and the $10 maximum-bet rule can be audited.
Enhanced verification: source-of-funds, source-of-wealth and additional payment evidence may be requested.
Operator discretion: the terms allow instalments, suspended accounts and cancelled payouts after failed review; no maximum exception clock is published.
Product evidence
Realtime Gaming-led catalogue.
Separate WGS interface.
Multi-market odds and live betting.
Casino, sportsbook and poker under one login.
OPEN SOURCEShows an active casino lobby and cashier access; it is product evidence, not a regulatory certificate.
OPEN SOURCEDocuments the shared multi-product navigation and live market interface.
OPEN SOURCEA second source documents market depth and the same sportsbook shell. Odds are historical, not current recommendations.
OPEN SOURCEThe interface remains recognisably consistent across independent captures; this supports product continuity only.
Complaint intelligence
Checks appear around first and later withdrawals.
Some users allege closure after winning.
$2,500 crypto limit extends large cashouts.
Completed payments and resolved cases are documented.
Those outcomes do not measure the experience of all customers. Rejected cases may involve breached rules; resolved cases show that escalation can work. The meaningful pattern is the type of dispute, not a platform score.

WHY
The current Casino Red Terms bind the player to “Everygame” but do not name a legal company, registration number, address or beneficial owner.
A licensed graphic appears, but the current public terms provide no authority, licensee, number, registry link or governing jurisdiction that we could reconstruct.
First-payout ID, address, source-of-funds and payment ownership checks are documented. The internal review ceiling is not.
BTC, BCH and LTC limits, the 48-hour pending period and weekly frequency rule are public. Exact account routes still depend on the logged-in cashier.
The complaint trail includes delays, account restrictions and verification friction, alongside resolved cases and successful payouts. Independent regulatory redress is unclear.
The .eu domain uses Cloudflare and the product has a documented Intertops continuity. EURid does not disclose the domain creation date or registrant publicly.
Casino Red, Casino Classic, live betting and poker are visible products. Public audit claims exist, but we found no current certificate tied to the exact domains.
Broad audit, forfeiture, instalment and final-decision clauses give the operator substantial discretion, while the contract jurisdiction is not named.
Deposit limits, product blocks and self-exclusion are documented, though the form contains inconsistent timing language and the system is operator-specific.
24/7 chat, product-specific email routes, payment support and a scheduled-call option are publicly documented.
Why C? Twenty-two sources cover rules, payments, product, support, brand history and complaint outcomes. The current legal operator, licence, governing jurisdiction, exact .eu creation date and funded withdrawal performance remain unresolved.

Final verdict
Confirm that your country and product are accepted in writing.
Ask support to name the contracting company and exact current licence.
Capture the asset, network, minimum, fee and weekly limit.
Avoid a bonus unless you can document every playthrough rule.
Complete identity and address checks before a large cashout.
Use a self-custody wallet that can evidence address ownership.
If delayed, request the precise review stage and missing document in writing.
Do not redeposit to unlock, accelerate or “verify” a withdrawal.

Search questions
We found a functioning sportsbook, two casino products, poker, long brand continuity and detailed public banking rules. That is not evidence enough to call Everygame a scam. The unresolved problem is accountability: the current Casino Red Terms do not identify the contracting company or a reconstructible gambling licence.
Everygame appears to be a genuine operating gambling platform rather than a disposable clone. “Legit” does not mean locally licensed everywhere, free from complaints or guaranteed to approve every payout without review.
Yes at brand level. Intertops announced that it would become Everygame on 1 December 2021 and described the change as the same management and team under a new name. That continuity does not substitute for a current named legal counterparty.
The current public Casino Red Terms and Privacy Policy reviewed on 3 September 2026 do not name a legal contracting company, company number, registered address or beneficial owner. Historical and third-party names conflict, so we do not present one as a verified current operator.
We could not reconstruct a current licence from Everygame’s public terms: no regulator, licensee, number or registry link is stated. Third-party claims conflict and are not treated as proof.
Yes. The sportsbook rules say the first payout requires account verification and list photo ID and a recent utility bill. Additional documents, source of funds and source of wealth may also be requested.
Its rules allow payment-ownership checks. A 2026 public report describes a request for wallet screenshots showing the customer name and recent deposit address. That report is an allegation, not proof that every account receives the same request.
The cashier says payout processing begins within 48 hours or two business days, Monday to Friday. Crypto is described as instant after processing, so the blockchain leg is separate from the operator’s pending and review time.
The public payout page lists $100 to $2,500 per week for Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash and Litecoin, with one withdrawal per person in seven days. The live cashier and account currency should control before any transaction.
The public crypto guide and payout page name Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash and Litecoin. A 2026 cashier capture also shows Bitcoin Lightning as a deposit route, but availability varies by account and location.
The public payout table lists no operator cost for Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash and Litecoin. Network or wallet-provider charges may still exist outside the operator’s fee table.
Yes. Casino Red’s terms require at least 1× wagering of deposited funds before a withdrawal request is processed. Bonus balances carry separate, much higher playthrough rules.
The standard Casino Red example applies 30× to both deposit and bonus, effectively $6,000 of wagering after a $100 deposit plus $100 bonus. A $10 maximum bet and restricted game list apply while a bonus is active; free-spin winnings can carry 60× wagering and a withdrawal cap.
The public record clusters around delayed withdrawals, first- or later-stage KYC, account restrictions, cashout caps and support escalation. Resolved cases and successful payouts also exist. These reports are not a measured failure rate.
