Frogbet Review: Reload Wagering and the September Balance Dispute

What happened in Frogbet’s September balance dispute?

In the public BitcoinTalk complaint, user bitbollo described cash becoming tied to bonus restrictions after a daily free-spin interaction. The complaint also concerned a review-campaign reward. The customer reported repeated delays and difficulty obtaining a clear correction. The various amounts discussed included deposited money, winnings and a promotional review payment; they should not all be presented as a verified cash deposit stolen by the casino.

The campaign manager acknowledged an eligibility mistake affecting the review reward and offered to pay the customer personally. That proposed personal payment was separate from a casino withdrawal. The customer continued to dispute the account handling; the exchanges do not supply a reconciled ledger.

In a September 23 announcement-thread update, the manager was quoted as saying that the team had added $100 to the customer’s Frogbet account. External receipt was not confirmed in the reviewed record. Other participants’ corrected campaign payments concern their own rewards, not this customer’s disputed balance. September 23 update.

Paid review campaigns need context

Frogbet had run a $50 review campaign involving accepted forum participants. A payment incentive does not automatically make a review false. It does mean the experience occurred in a promotional setting, with a manager, eligibility checks and a reward that an ordinary depositor may not receive.

Frogbet cash locked by a bonus: what can you dispute?

The missing reconciliation is specific: the balance before the daily free-spin interaction, the reward added, cash moved into restricted funds, wagering imposed and any deduction. It needs the promotion name and activation time. A later $100 credit does not, by itself, reconstruct those entries or establish which amount became withdrawable.

How much wagering does Frogbet’s daily reload require?

The daily reload offers 25% up to $250, with a $25 minimum deposit and at least 2 lifetime deposits. It must be claimed after the qualifying deposit and before playing that deposit. The daily reset follows UTC, which may fall on a different local calendar day for the reader.

The central condition is 35× the combined deposit and bonus. On a $100 deposit with a $25 bonus, that creates $4,375 of qualifying wagering. It is not 35× the $25 reward alone. The difference is substantial before the contribution rules are even considered.

Slots and sports count at 100%; live and table games count at 10%. Frogbet Originals slots count fully, but other Originals contribute only 1%. In the example above, using only a 1%-contribution game would require $437,500 in actual stakes to register $4,375 of qualifying progress. This calculation describes turnover, not the amount you must deposit or a prediction of losses. Repeatedly recycling a balance still exposes it to repeated gambling risk.

There is a 7-day expiry and a $6 maximum bet while the promotion is active. Increasing the stake to finish faster can therefore create a separate rules problem. Withdrawing or transferring before completion forfeits the bonus and bonus winnings under the stated conditions. We would not accept this reload merely because the headline looks like an extra quarter added to the deposit.

Rakeback is a different offer

The separate rakeback page describes a reward calculated from real-money bets and house edge. It can be claimed every 15 minutes, has a trailing 24-hour expiry and is paid as USDT cash without a wagering requirement. The page reviewed did not provide a universal percentage that lets us calculate every player’s return.

That means a generous-looking reload percentage cannot be used to estimate rakeback, and cash rakeback should not be confused with a restricted bonus. If the dashboard combines them visually, ask for a breakdown before making a withdrawal decision. The account should make it possible to see which money is yours to withdraw and which amount remains conditional.

Is Frogbet legit, and who is responsible for your balance?

Frogbet is a real casino with a named operator and a licence entry that matches its domain. That establishes more than a badge copied into a footer. It does not settle the question most readers are asking: if you deposit, can you get your money back without an argument over what counts as cash?

The June 2026 terms of service name 3-102-940062 SRL, a Costa Rican company. The Anjouan register lists frogbet.com under that company, with a licence valid through 14 December 2026 when checked on 30 September. The same entry also includes luckyanon.com. That connection is confirmed; it does not make every complaint about the other brand a proven Frogbet incident.

Frogbet also excludes many countries, including the UK, US, Germany, France and Curaçao. Its public catalogue loaded during our check before a regional restriction appeared. We did not bypass that restriction, register an account or perform a funded withdrawal. A page loading in a browser does not override the operator’s country exclusions.

Can Frogbet freeze a withdrawal or ask for KYC?

Yes. Frogbet’s contract allows identity checks at any time, including before processing a withdrawal. There is no published amount below which a customer is guaranteed to avoid verification. A successful earlier cashout therefore cannot establish that later withdrawals will be handled without questions.

The requested information can include a government photo ID, recent address evidence, payment-method ownership, a selfie or liveness check, and information about the source of funds. It refers to providing documents within a reasonable period, but does not give a firm maximum duration for the casino’s own review. Our concern is that imbalance: the customer can face consequences for delay without being given an equally clear service deadline.

The homepage advertises instant withdrawals. We would read that as a description of intended processing under eligible conditions, not a promise that a disputed balance or document review will be paid immediately. The published exceptions are substantial, and no independent funded test was carried out for this investigation.

Frogbet withdrawal minimums and the rules that affect cash

The general terms set both the deposit and withdrawal minimum at $10. They warn that deposits below the minimum will not be credited. For a customer testing a payment route with a tiny amount, that warning matters more than a long list of accepted coin logos. Confirm the amount and network in the actual cashier before sending anything.

The ordinary-deposit rule and promotional wagering are separate. If you decline a bonus, that does not automatically remove the 1× deposit condition. Conversely, accepting a bonus can introduce a much larger requirement than playing the deposit once. Support should identify the actual rule attached to your balance rather than simply saying that wagering is incomplete.

Closing a Frogbet account should not obscure the balance

A reconciled cash/bonus ledger and a traceable payment outcome would directly address the case. A published maximum review period would address a different weakness: how long money can remain held during verification.
