MoonRoll is licensed, but what does that tell you?
The current Anjouan register entry identifies moonroll.io under Space Entertainment Ltd. and shows the domain as valid through 1 December 2026. The same company appears in MoonRoll’s footer. This is a concrete positive finding: the operator and the domain can be matched to a public licensing record rather than inferred from a badge alone.
That finding answers a narrow question about the listed gambling operation. It does not certify how quickly MoonRoll will release a particular balance, establish the company’s reserves or determine whether it may accept a player in every country. The footer also expressly separates crypto trading from the activities covered by its gaming licence.
We found a functioning public casino, detailed terms and a linked help centre. Those sources make it possible to investigate specific conditions. However, they do not always agree. Some help articles date from 2024, while the KYC policy carries a January 2026 update. A newer page is not automatically correct in every respect, but older help should not silently override a current contract.
For that reason, this review separates what the licence establishes from the conditions that affect your money. MoonRoll has more verifiable operating information than an anonymous landing page. Its account-lock complaints and inconsistent instructions still prevent us from treating that licence as a sufficient answer to “Is my withdrawal safe?”
MoonRoll KYC pending: why can withdrawals stay locked?
MoonRoll’s verification policy uses stages. Basic profile information is required for withdrawals, with additional identity and source-of-wealth checks at higher thresholds or risk levels. The general terms also permit checks before betting or withdrawal. This means a previous payment without extensive documents does not establish that the next request will follow the same process.
Can MoonRoll request verification below the $2,000 threshold?
The policy describes identity checks above $2,000 of deposits or withdrawals, and a further stage above $5,000. But it also lowers those figures to $1,000 and $2,500 for medium-risk customers. Its wording treats a low-risk customer using currency conversion as medium risk. A review quoting only the higher pair would miss a condition relevant to ordinary crypto use.
One policy, lower triggers
The policy places currency-conversion customers in the medium-risk category.
Other passages use different euro amounts, which makes a universal no-KYC allowance especially unreliable. The safe conclusion is that these are policy triggers, not a promise that everyone below a stated amount can withdraw anonymously. The operator should explain which stage applies to your account and what remains outstanding, instead of making you reconcile a long policy while your money is blocked.
Requested evidence can include identification, a selfie and recent proof of residence. The policy also discusses electronic checks and further review where those checks are unsuccessful. An automated mismatch is not proof that a customer submitted false information. If you have already supplied the records, request confirmation of receipt and the exact reason the review has not progressed.
A newer complaint describes verification that never moved
In a 24 July 2026 Trustpilot review, Manfred said withdrawals had worked previously but were now blocked by KYC. He described a verification status left pending for months and attempts to obtain help through chat, email and Discord without a substantive resolution. The public account reviewed does not establish that access or payment was later restored.
That is one customer’s account, not an audited processing-time average. It nevertheless identifies the problem that a generic “complete KYC” instruction fails to address: the customer says the submission is already there. In that situation, useful support must investigate the stalled review. Recommending another identical upload without an explanation would simply send the reader back around the same loop.
Ask whether the hold concerns missing information, an unreviewed submission or an additional investigation after identity approval. Request a case reference and a dated next update. Keep the response with the original submission record. We did not find a dependable public maximum for an exceptional verification hold, so we cannot turn the policy into a guaranteed payout schedule.
MoonRoll withdrawal limits: rank does not settle the monthly cap
The withdrawal terms state a €10 minimum, with an exception for closing an account and withdrawing the full balance. They describe no operator commission after the deposit has been wagered once; otherwise the stated charge is 8%, with a €4 minimum. Any network cost or conversion cost needs to be checked separately in the actual payment route.
| Condition | Published amount | Meaning for the reader |
|---|---|---|
| Ordinary minimum | €10 | Account-closure withdrawals have a stated full-balance exception. |
| Deposit not wagered once | 8%, at least €4 | The fee can be proportionally larger on a small balance. |
| Balance at least 10× total deposits | €5,000 per month | The contract applies a lower monthly ceiling to this situation. |
| Otherwise | €10,000 per month | A monthly ceiling, not a promise of immediate processing. |
For example, an 8% charge on €20 would be €1.60, so the €4 minimum is the relevant contractual figure. That is 20% of this illustrative withdrawal before any other applicable charge. It explains why the minimum matters; it is not a reason to gamble more to avoid the fee. Ask how an account-closure request will be calculated before consenting to a deduction.
Why “unlimited” in the help centre needs qualification
A November 2024 rank guide lists daily limits of $1,000 through Bronze, $5,000 for Silver, $10,000 for Gold and no daily limit above Gold. The page does not clearly explain how those daily allowances interact with the monthly contract. Different time periods and currencies cannot be merged into one unlimited-withdrawal promise.
The same guide discusses increasing limits through rank progression. Do not deposit or wager more simply to reach a level in the hope of accessing money already held. Ask support to reconcile the daily rank allowance, the applicable monthly ceiling and the current balance in writing. The answer should identify the rule actually restricting your request.
The 10-times-deposits condition is also a balance test, not a permanent label attached to a customer. A schedule for a large payout needs to explain when that condition is assessed and whether later payments alter it. Without that detail, dividing the balance by €5,000 and declaring a fixed number of months would create false precision.
MoonRoll lootboxes: the prize becomes account credit
MoonRoll’s public interface combines casino slots, live games, Originals and sports, with a separate lootbox offering. The site loaded normally during our review, allowing a current view of the product rather than a blocked landing page. Its game categories are easy to recognise; the differences in what can actually be withdrawn deserve more explanation than the lobby gives them.

The lootbox and battle help article says won items cannot be withdrawn as physical goods. Their value is converted into a balance that can be withdrawn as cryptocurrency, subject to the account’s conditions. If a box shows a desirable object, the practical result is an account credit, not an order for that object to be delivered.
This affects how to read both a win and a complaint. A pictured prize value is not proof that an equivalent transfer reached an external wallet. The relevant sequence is the item outcome, the credited value, any conversion applied and the requested payout. Those are the records to preserve if the result looks different from the amount available to withdraw.
Game support can help with a round, not approve a withdrawal
MoonRoll publishes provider-specific dispute instructions. Evolution and Pragmatic live games have in-game support routes; a provider case reference can then be passed to MoonRoll. For other issues, the guide requests details such as game, time and bet reference. This is useful when a round freezes or a result appears wrong.
The provider’s role has limits. A confirmed game result can support your account of what happened, but it does not itself unlock a casino account or order a cashout. Keep the round dispute and the withdrawal dispute connected by their references, while asking the casino separately to explain how the result affected the balance.
We did not reproduce an independent audit of MoonRoll’s live game configuration. Public fairness claims and provider labels therefore receive less weight than a verified, scoped audit would. This does not turn every game issue into evidence of rigging; it sets a limit on how strongly we can endorse the catalogue’s integrity from the material examined.
Can you cancel a MoonRoll bonus and withdraw?
The bonus page leaves this important question insufficiently clear. It says an active wagering requirement blocks withdrawals, vault transfers and tipping. It also says forfeiting removes the bonus and leaves the original deposit, yet the same section says forfeiture is unavailable after play begins while a balance remains. Those instructions need reconciliation before a customer can rely on cancellation.
We would not advise clicking cancel on the assumption that all deposited money will reappear untouched. Ask what remains withdrawable at that exact point, whether any deposit has already been spent, and which winnings would be removed. A written calculation is more useful than an assurance that the system will handle it automatically.
The 35× example is not a universal bonus promise
The page illustrates a $50 deposit plus a $25 bonus with a 35× condition, producing $2,625 of required turnover. That is an example based on deposit plus bonus, not confirmation that every current MoonRoll offer uses 35×. The actual multiplier must come from the offer accepted. Counting only the bonus would understate the requirement in that example.
Progress is also adjusted using the game’s edge relative to 4%. Under the published formula, a $10 wager at a 2% edge credits $5 of progress, while a $10 wager at a 4% edge credits $10. This is a calculation of progress, not a recommendation to choose a worse-value game or a prediction of how much a session will lose.
- Qualifying deposit
- $20 unless the offer states otherwise
- Maximum stake
- $10 unless varied by the offer
- Balance order
- Real funds are used before bonus funds
- Excluded activity
- Accumulator games and slot bonus buys during active wagering
Check these conditions before accepting the promotion.
The page also says rewards are reduced during active bonus wagering. A welcome offer can therefore change more than the ability to withdraw: it can affect the rewards a returning player expects from ordinary play. Compare the offer’s complete conditions with playing without it, rather than valuing a promotional credit at the same amount as unrestricted cash.
A separate free-spin provision in the general terms sets a default $100 winnings cap unless another amount is specified. That rule should not be confused with the monthly withdrawal ceiling. One limits the promotional entitlement; the other limits payment over time. The specific offer and the account statement must show which restriction is being applied.
Self-exclusion should stop play without losing the balance trail
MoonRoll’s self-exclusion page describes an immediate, irreversible 24-hour cooldown, followed by a window to extend the restriction. The page says exclusion blocks gambling, deposits and withdrawals. Separately, the general terms direct people with inaccessible, locked or closed accounts to support for withdrawals.
These provisions need to work together. A person seeking protection should not have to restore gambling access to ask about their remaining money. State the request to stop play clearly, then ask for the support-assisted balance procedure and a statement of pending bets, payable funds and disputed amounts. Keep the restriction active while the money question is examined.
The same self-exclusion page refers both to permanent exclusion through support and to a permanent option in the extension flow. We did not test either process with an account. If the interface does not offer the duration you need, use the published support route and retain confirmation; do not assume a short cooldown has become a permanent block automatically.
The terms additionally mention a €5 monthly inactivity charge after 12 months, with notice at 11 months. A customer returning after a long break should be able to see any such charges in the account statement. This is a distinct issue from a forfeiture or withdrawal fee and should be identified as such, rather than folded into an unexplained change in balance.
MoonRoll account complaints: unpaid, closed and unresolved differ
The most serious case we examined is a $180,000 account-closure complaint. The customer described being locked out during verification and raised an additional competition-payment issue. Casino Guru recorded the case as unresolved on 2 December 2025 under its no-reaction classification. The public record did not establish payment of the disputed balance.
The scale of the reported amount does not turn the allegation into a court finding, but the absence of a substantive resolution matters. Someone already locked out needs an answer about access to funds, not reassurance that the operator has a licence. Licensing and the response to an individual complaint are different parts of our assessment.
A correction to the older €900 case
The €900 account-block complaint was closed on 26 March 2025 after the customer stopped responding. It should not be described as an active unresolved mediation, nor as a confirmed payout. The financial outcome remains unknown from the public file. We have corrected the earlier classification rather than leaving an outdated label in the current review.
The newer Trustpilot KYC account adds another type of evidence: an individual description of pending verification and unsuccessful support contact. It is not equivalent to a mediated decision. We use it to identify the experience being reported, while keeping the source and the absence of independent account access clear.

Which MoonRoll complaint procedure applies to a frozen account?
MoonRoll’s dispute resolution page points to Curaçao law and courts, while section 26.6 of the general terms names Anjouan law. The dispute page also contains restrictive wording about taking claims elsewhere. We are not deciding whether that wording is enforceable; we are identifying an inconsistency that makes the published escalation route harder to understand.
Use the complaint contact listed on that page to request a written decision and ask which current policy governs the account. Do not assume the Curaçao wording proves a Curaçao gambling licence: the exact-domain registry we verified is Anjouan. If a significant sum is involved, the relevant authority or qualified local advice is better placed to explain available rights than a contradictory footer.
For a stalled withdrawal, attach the request reference, verification submission date and the operator’s last promised update. If a provider case is involved, include its reference too. The aim is to give the next reviewer enough information to identify the missing action without asking you to retell the entire history in another chat session.
MoonRoll earns credit for identity, less for access to money
The revised 56/100 score reflects a mixed picture. A verified domain licence, a named operator and a functioning product deserve credit. Unresolved account complaints, unclear review times and inconsistent bonus and dispute instructions materially limit how far that confidence can extend.
For a prospective customer, the priority is to settle the applicable withdrawal limits and bonus exit conditions before depositing. For an existing customer, it is to obtain a specific decision on the held balance. Clearer current policies and documented complaint resolutions would improve this assessment more than additional reward features or a larger catalogue.
