Eight-year domain continuity
Rocketpot.io has existed since February 2018 and presents a developed live product.
CASE CCC–045INDEPENDENT INVESTIGATION · 03 SEP 2026
We found no basis for a confirmed-scam label. Rocketpot is a long-running, functioning crypto casino with thousands of games. The risk sits elsewhere: its licence page still cites the legacy 1668/JAZ regime, payout rules are restrictive, and recurring complaints concern KYC, locked accounts and delayed withdrawals.

Executive findings
Rocketpot.io has existed since February 2018 and presents a developed live product.
Cash deposits must be wagered three times; suspected mixer use can trigger 5×.
The site cites 1668/JAZ, but no current exact-domain CGA certificate was located.
72 hours is published for processing, not a maximum enhanced-KYC deadline.
OPEN SOURCEThe live capture establishes the brand, casino product, crypto navigation and public promotion. It cannot prove licence validity, solvency or an individual payout.
Operator and licence
Beneficial ownership and a current company extract were not independently reconstructed.
We assign almost no licence credit rather than converting an old claim into current protection.
Why this matters: the help article does not identify a modern licence holder, expiry date, complaint body or certificate tied to rocketpot.io.
OPEN SOURCEThe screenshot preserves Rocketpot’s own representation. It is evidence of what the operator claims—not independent proof that a current authorisation exists.
KYC and withdrawal controls
A valid email and one account per person are required. The Terms also state one user per IP address.
Deposits must come from the player’s personal wallet. Third-party funds may be declined and returned.
Clause 11.4 names withdrawals above 0.05 BTC or $2,500 but preserves checks below that threshold.
ID, address, wallet ownership and a signed message from an early deposit address may be requested.
Misleading documents, multiple accounts or suspected manipulation can produce closure or frozen funds.
Payments and payout mechanics
Cash deposit must be wagered before withdrawal.
A higher requirement can apply to flagged activity.
The help centre also lists 20,000 monthly.
The Terms can cap larger-win payments.
Match owner, asset and network.
Separate cash from bonus wagering.
KYC can apply at any amount.
TXID begins network time.
OPEN SOURCEThis capture documents the 3× wagering rule, 72-hour promise, KYC threshold and $5,000 monthly settlement clause. These are published rules, not measured outcomes.
Product and game integrity
Volume changes and suppliers may restrict countries.
Selected games claim verifiable randomness; code was not audited.
We do not call the sportsbook active without a clear product route.
OPEN SOURCEA distinct catalogue capture verifies the live product and navigation. Broken image placeholders visible in the public interface are preserved rather than edited out.
Contract stress test
This applies outside separate promotion requirements.
A $50,000 balance could take ten months.
The economic effect can erode inactive balances rapidly.
A severe asymmetry when balances are much larger.
No strong independent appeal route is published.
The page still identifies TOS v2.1 from 2021.
Complaint intelligence
Withdrawals are reported pending beyond published windows.
Document and wallet reviews often start at cashout.
Disputes include duplicate-account or document allegations.
Resolved cases coexist with unresolved high-value cases.
OPEN SOURCEThe player reported a canceled TRX payout and delayed KYC, then confirmed payment. The delay and resolution both matter.
Evidence boundaryWe did not inspect account logs, identity files or wallet balances. A complaint documents a claim and outcome, not a site-wide failure rate.

Reconstruct the verdict
EDITORIAL VERDICTRocketpot is real, but its unverified modern licence, restrictive contract and concentrated withdrawal complaints make it unsuitable for readers seeking predictable redress.
Why
The Terms name Danneskjold Ventures B.V. across first-party pages, but beneficial ownership and a current company extract were not independently reconstructed.
Rocketpot still cites legacy number 1668/JAZ. We found no current exact-domain Curaçao Gaming Authority certificate.
A 72-hour promise, 3× turnover and KYC above 0.05 BTC or $2,500 are public. Smaller requests may also be checked without a final review ceiling.
Crypto minimums, weekly and monthly caps and a fee schedule are public, but networks and several figures conflict between the Terms and help centre.
Recurring cases concern delayed withdrawals, KYC, locks and withheld balances. Some resolve, but several material cases remain unresolved.
The domain dates to February 2018 and uses HTTPS and Cloudflare. Continuity does not prove current regulation or solvency.
More than 4,200 games, established suppliers and some provably-fair Originals are visible. We did not audit every integration or seed.
The contract permits retained deposits, frozen winnings, high inactivity fees and a €100 liability cap.
Email-based exclusion is documented, but the Terms say crypto deposit limits are technically impossible.
Email and chat exist; complaint records repeatedly allege weak replies during financial reviews. Authenticated response time was not measured.
Method noteTen weighted categories total 100 points. We separate platform existence, regulation and payout handling. Complaints are weighted by recurrence, specificity, response and outcome.

Rocketpot FAQ
We found no evidence strong enough to call Rocketpot a confirmed scam. It is a functioning, long-running casino. Its unverifiable current licence, restrictive payout terms and recurring withdrawal complaints nevertheless justify a high-risk verdict.
Rocketpot is a real operating website, not an obvious clone or empty deposit page. Operational legitimacy is different from regulatory strength: the site still cites the legacy 1668/JAZ system and we could not match rocketpot.io to a current Curaçao certificate.
Rocketpot’s Terms name Danneskjold Ventures B.V. We did not independently reconstruct its beneficial owners or obtain a current company extract.
Rocketpot publishes 1668/JAZ and calls it a Curaçao eGaming licence. That is a legacy master-licence reference, not a modern OGL certificate. No current exact-domain record was located.
Yes. The Terms permit KYC above 0.05 BTC or $2,500 and expressly allow checks below that threshold. ID, address, personal-wallet ownership and source-of-funds evidence may be requested.
The Terms promise 72 hours. A help article says usually instant but up to 24 hours. Neither sets a maximum for enhanced KYC, fraud review or a disputed account.
Clause 11.2 requires 3× wagering before withdrawal. Clause 12.6 allows 5× when the operator suspects mixer-like use. Bonus wagering can apply separately.
The help centre publishes 10,000 USDT weekly and 20,000 USDT monthly. The Terms separately allow wins of $5,000 or more to be paid at no more than $5,000 per month.
The Terms list BTC, ETH, TRX, DOGE, ADA, DAI, USDT on Ethereum and Tron, XRP, USDC, LTC, BCH and BNB. Verify the current network in the cashier.
Published examples include 0.001 BTC, 0.0172 ETH, 25 USDT/USDC, 0.4 LTC, 309 TRX and 430 DOGE. The schedule may change.
Its Terms permit retained deposits where manipulation is suspected and frozen winnings for duplicate accounts. Ask for the exact clause, evidence and appeal route.
The recurring themes are pending withdrawals, KYC after wins, document disputes, account locks and alleged duplicate-account activity. Some cases were paid or refunded; others remain unresolved.
The current public navigation we captured focused on casino products and did not expose a normal sportsbook entry. The Terms still contain betting rules, so current availability remains unresolved.
Bitsler is our tested alternative for crypto-native casino play and provably-fair Originals. Verify eligibility, KYC, the network and a small withdrawal before increasing exposure.
